What do I need to watch?

You’ll need a supported device and a reliable internet connection. We have setup guides for Smart TVs, streaming sticks, boxes, phones, tablets, and computers.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your device and the player app. Tell us the model you have and we’ll point you to the right instructions.

Is there a contract?

Choose from 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years. Plans renew only if you ask to continue. Please read the plan terms and refund policy before you pay.

What affects picture quality?

Your internet connection, device, app, and the option you choose can all affect picture quality. Try it on your own screen and connection during the free trial.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Request a free 24-hour trial before choosing a paid plan. You don’t need a payment card to send the request.

Is player-app activation included?

A compatible player, such as EBO where supported, gets one-year activation with a six-month or one-year plan, and lifetime activation with a two-year or three-year plan. The one-month plan includes no free player activation. The app’s licence terms apply; viewing access ends with your chosen plan. Ask Sales & Setup to confirm the exact app before payment.
